I sent 2,400 TL through Garanti Bank. However, after receiving the payment, this person blocked me and never responded again. The individual’s phone number is: **+90 *********31. The incident took place in Konya/Karapınar.
I have not contacted any authorities or customer service regarding this matter. I request a full refund of the amount I paid and expect measures to be taken to prevent similar incidents.
