TikTok Live Payment Scam Complaint

Through a TikTok live stream, a user named “İbrahim Aygün” contacted me with a promise of construction work and asked for a payment so he could come to our workplace. I sent 2,400 TL through Garanti Bank. However, after receiving the payment, this person blocked me and never responded again. The individual’s phone number is: **+90 *********31. The incident took place in Konya/Karapınar.

I have not contacted any authorities or customer service regarding this matter. I request a full refund of the amount I paid and expect measures to be taken to prevent similar incidents.
