TikTok Blocks Advertising on Gaming Account for Years

I run a gaming-focused TikTok account with the username ff.maho_01, and for about 4–5 months, I have been unable to run ads. During a live session, I was informed that my account has been given an advertising ban lasting until the year 2031. However, I have not received any email or clear notification explaining this restriction. I do not know the reason for the ban, and I have not been informed about it in any way.

I regularly share gaming content on my account and want to promote my videos through ads in a legal and policy-compliant manner. I am requesting that the reason for this advertising ban be clearly and explicitly explained, and that my account be reviewed again. If the restriction was applied unfairly, I request that this long-term advertising ban be lifted.
