TikTok Account Taken Over - Old Phone Number Blocks My Login Recovery

I am writing because I can no longer access my old TikTok account and I strongly suspect that it has been taken over by someone else. The account was originally created and mainly used in Haiti on a Samsung A51, and it is linked to a Haitian phone number that I no longer use and cannot recover from my operator. I now live in Canada, and I have been unable to log in to this account for some time. Back in October, someone informed me that they were seeing videos on my account that were completely different from the type of content I used to post. I used to prepare my own small vlogs, and now someone else is publishing videos without my consent. At the same time, because the account is still tied to my old Haitian phone number, I do not receive the verification codes needed to sign in, even though I still remember and have access to the email address and username associated with the account. I have already tried to contact TikTok support and used the help options, but I have not received any response or effective solution. Now, when I try to access my old account, the app suggests that I subscribe to or follow my own page, which shows that I am completely locked out of it. I am very worried about the misuse of my account and my content. I kindly request that you help me recover access to this TikTok account, verify my identity via email or any other secure method, and update the phone number linked to the account, since I can no longer use the old Haitian number. I also ask you to dissociate that old number from my profile and stop the unauthorized use of my account as soon as possible.
