TikTok Account Inaccessible After Phone Reset and Lost Email Access

I am writing regarding my TikTok account linked to the email address “haced***@gmail.com” which I have been unable to access for about four weeks. My Android phone was fully reset, all my files were deleted, and after the reset I could no longer log in to my TikTok account. The email address connected to my TikTok account is no longer accessible to me because I forgot its password, and the phone number that was registered on the account is no longer active. Because of this, I cannot receive any verification codes or reset links and I am completely locked out of my account. I have already tried to get help from TikTok support, but the options provided did not solve my problem and I still cannot recover my account. I kindly request that you help me recover access to my TikTok account for example by verifying my identity in another way and updating the contact details on the account so I can log in again.
