Cannot Access TikTok Account

I have been unable to access my TikTok account named “Smiling girl” for about two weeks. Each time I try to open or log in to this account, it simply does not open and I cannot get into it, even though I am following the normal login steps. I am using TikTok from Saudi Arabia and I have not received any email or in‑app notification from TikTok about suspension, violation, or any unusual activity related to this account. I have tried all the options available to me, including recovery and other login methods, but I still cannot open the account. Since I did not receive any warning or explanation, I do not understand the reason for this problem. I kindly request that my account be recovered and that my access be restored, or that I am provided with a clear explanation and solution so that I can use my account again without any issues.
