Ticketmaster Refuses Refund Despite Insurance for Adele Concert After Medical Emergency

In February, I purchased tickets for the Adele concert on 03.08.2024 through Ticketmaster, along with a €16.90 ticket insurance plan. This insurance was supposed to cover refunds for situations like illness or death. Unfortunately, I broke my leg and provided all necessary medical documentation to prove it. Despite this, Ticketmaster has yet to offer a meaningful response, and I’ve been emailing them for a week with no success. It feels like they’re putting in more effort to avoid giving me a refund than addressing my legitimate claim. I need Ticketmaster to honor their insurance policy and refund my ticket as promised.
