In February, I purchased tickets for the Adele concert on 03.08.2024 through Ticketmaster, along with a €16.90 ticket insurance plan. This insurance was supposed to cover refunds for situations like illness or death. Unfortunately, I broke my leg and provided all necessary medical documentation to prove it.
