Ticketmaster Has No Rep, No Good Communication Internationally

Ticketmaster hasnt allowed to buy international concert tickets online in Turkey so we had to buy 14 july Madrid Metallica tickets on viagogo. But we couldnt get the tickets because the ticketmaster dont send a code to a Turkish mobile phone. We went to Madrid only for the concert after travelling hundreds of kilometres it was such a terrible experience. We complained them and wanted to inform their wakness they only manipulated and didnt care or give due.
