ThredUp Customer Service Complaint
I ordered a peasant dress from the Thredup discount campaign. With the incredible 50% discount, I wasted no time in placing my order to ensure I didn't miss out on the limited stock. Unfortunately, after completing the payment, I discovered that I had mistakenly entered my previous address while reviewing the order information. I attempted to rectify my error promptly through live chat but was redirected to email support instead. I sent them an email requesting a correction and provided my updated address. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response, and the orders were already given to FedEx for delivery to the previous address. FedEx stated that the address modification could only be authorized by the brand prior to relinquishing it. I was initially thrilled about my order, but unfortunately, it ended up being quite a letdown.
