ThredUp Misleading Photos & Unfair Return Fees

I've never come across a website that tricks customers like this one does. I purchased 8 items of clothing from the Thredup online store. Upon receiving the items, I was taken aback by the fact that they were delivered to me with free shipping in just 4 days. After looking at the pictures on the website and then receiving the items, I was convinced that they couldn't possibly be the same. They deceive customers by using misleading photos and delivering clothing that does not match the pictures. I returned all of them, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. On this occasion, they decided to impose a restocking fee of $3.99 and a shipping fee for each item. That's disappointing.
