Threads SMS Verification Code Not Arriving for Password Reset

I am unable to log in to my Instagram Threads account with the username “asumancldrn.” I previously disconnected my Threads account from my Instagram account, so only my phone number is registered with Threads. Since I have forgotten my password, I follow the “Forgot Password” steps in the app and request an SMS verification code to be sent to my registered number. However, despite my phone number being active and registered in my name, I never receive the verification SMS.

I have been experiencing this issue continuously since September 5, 2026. Despite trying numerous times at different times of the day, the problem remains unresolved. The app takes me to the verification code entry screen, but the expected text message never arrives. I check both my regular inbox and my mobile carrier’s spam and junk SMS folders every time I try, but the verification message does not appear anywhere. As a result, I cannot reset my password or regain access to my Threads account.

I request that the SMS verification issue affecting my Instagram Threads account be investigated and resolved, that the necessary checks be carried out and I be contacted with an update, and that the password reset process be restored so I can securely regain access to my account.
