Threads is not loading my feed, how can I get posts to appear again?

If Threads is not loading your feed and posts are not appearing, try these steps:

Check your internet connection;

• Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection
• Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
• Refresh the feed by pulling down on the screen

Restart the Threads app;

• Close the app completely
• Reopen it and check if posts load again
• Restart your phone if the issue continues

Update the app;

• Go to App Store or Google Play
• Search for Threads by Instagram
• Install any available updates

Clear app cache (Android);

• Go to Settings → Apps → Threads → Storage
• Tap Clear Cache
• Open the app again and refresh the feed
