Threads Has Blocked My Account!

My Threads business account @hmelnoi.d***, which is dedicated to my store, was suddenly blocked on March 06, 2026 without any prior warning or clear explanation. When I try to access the account, a window appears stating that there has been “suspicious activity” and recommends that I log in to Instagram. When I log into Instagram, my account works normally and there are no notifications or explanations related to this block. The account did not violate any rules or community guidelines, it is used for my business and communication with customers. I am sure this is an automatic and erroneous block. I tried to follow the instructions described in Instagram Help, but the explanations there are confusing and unclear, and despite following them, nothing has changed and access to the Threads account has not been restored. I also contacted technical support, but so far I have not received any response or help. This situation negatively affects my store and my work, because I cannot use my business account on Threads and I am losing contact with my audience. I request the immediate restoration of access to my Threads business account, as well as a clear written explanation of the reasons for the block and what exactly was considered “suspicious activity”. I also expect measures to be taken to prevent such unjustified blocks in the future, especially for business accounts that depend on stable access to the platform.
