About two years ago, I purchased a The North Face Evolve II Triclimate jacket as a gift for my spouse. The product was bought on April 18, 2024, through Hepsiburada from the seller Fit_Marka. My spouse used the jacket last season and continued to use it carefully this season as well. Despite this, the product developed significant and unexpected deformation in a short period.
There is noticeable pilling and peeling, especially on the sleeve areas. For a premium brand like The North Face, which is trusted for long-term durability and high quality, experiencing this level of wear so quickly is extremely disappointing. Frankly, even lower-cost products tend to last longer, and it is unacceptable for a jacket used for only one season to deteriorate this way.
I contacted the seller and provided the requested photos. However, I was informed that only manufacturing defects such as fabric flaws or stitching issues are covered, and my issue does not qualify under warranty. I do not find it fair to classify such premature wear as user error while the product is still under warranty.
I request that The North Face and the seller resolve my issue by repairing the jacket or, if possible, replacing the product.
