Tesla Model Y Performance – Disturbing Noise While Braking

Noticing an unexpected noise when I use the brakes in reverse while parking my Tesla Model Y Performance. The brakes appear to be in good condition, but this noise is quite irritating. I went through the Tesla user manual, but unfortunately, I couldn't find a solution to the problem. Regrettably, the assistance I received from the after-sales support unit was insufficient. Any recommendations or shared stories? Looking for guidance on how to tackle this problem.
