No Response for Tesla Model Y Winter Tire Recommendation

I've been patiently waiting for two days now, eagerly anticipating a response from Tesla regarding their recommendations for winter tires for my beloved Model Y. The sales representative I've been working with pointed me in the direction of the service center. I've reached out to the service center multiple times via email, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. Additionally, I've tried calling Tesla, but it seems that they are not answering their phones. I really hope there aren't any other things I need to ask about or any problems on my side. Suggesting winter tires should not be so challenging, and it is becoming quite a nuisance.
