Tesla Roadside Assistance Unreachable – No Support When I Needed It

Hello, I purchased a 2024 Tesla after waiting three months, and for the first time, I needed roadside assistance. However, despite repeated attempts, I was unable to reach anyone by phone or get any kind of help.
Tesla promotes itself as a high-tech brand, yet when a real issue arises, there is no one available to assist customers. It’s frustrating that traditional German car brands still offer better customer service and support compared to Tesla.
I expect Tesla to improve its customer service and provide accessible roadside assistance when needed. If I can’t count on help in emergencies, what’s the point of owning a Tesla? Please fix this issue immediately!
