Temu Warehouse Lost 11 Returned Items And Wrongly Refused Refunds Despite Proof

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the mishandling of my return and the disappearance of multiple items I handed over to your warehouse. Customer support and senior specialists have repeatedly failed to investigate or resolve this matter. I returned 16 items in total according to your policy. At the designated warehouse, staff inspected each package in front of me, checked the contents, weighed the return, printed a barcode, and confirmed that everything was accepted. The warehouse footage will clearly show that I handed over one large box with the children’s toy kitchen set in its original packaging, and one large plastic bag containing all small packaged items exactly as delivered. Despite this, I received refunds for only 5 items. The remaining 11 items were falsely marked as “refund refused” with claims of missing barcodes or improper packaging. None of these claims reflect what occurred at the warehouse. After filing a claim, only two more items were refunded, while the rest were rejected again with the same generic explanation. I contacted support multiple times. Each time, I was told the issue would be “escalated,” yet every escalation resulted in copy-paste responses, closed tickets, or no real action at all. To my knowledge, no warehouse footage has been reviewed, and no real investigation has been conducted. This situation is unacceptable. I fulfilled all return requirements and transferred all items directly to Temu’s warehouse staff, who verified them in my presence. If the warehouse claims discrepancies, then all non-refunded items that I returned must be immediately retrieved and returned to me. At minimum, Temu must take responsibility for items that were in its custody at the moment of handover. I request an immediate review and resolution by Temu’s Legal & Compliance team, not customer support, as the issue clearly involves warehouse accountability and misreporting. I expect either a full refund for all 11 remaining items that I returned or the prompt return of these items to me.
