Temu Invitation Campaign Keeps Resetting, Impossible to Finish

I am experiencing a problem with a campaign on the Temu app called “Endless Rewards Through Invitations.” The app first had me spin a wheel, told me that I won a gift, and said I could receive the products for free if I shared my invitation link with others. Trusting this, I shared the link with many people.

For almost two days, I have been sending out this link. But no matter how close I get to filling the required number of invitations, the quota keeps resetting, and the campaign never finishes. In other words, the system acts as if I’m getting close to the goal, but then pushes the goal further each time. This has wasted my time and made me look foolish for repeatedly sending the link to people. At this point, I feel embarrassed in front of my friends because of this campaign.

Within the app and on Temu’s side, I only receive automated responses, and I cannot reach an actual support representative. There is no clear explanation about what is going wrong, and the campaign conditions seem practically impossible to complete.

I request that Temu either make this campaign genuinely transparent and achievable as advertised, or remove it entirely if it cannot meet that standard. I also ask that Temu provide clear information so people do not waste their time and that similar issues do not happen to other users.
