Temu Failed to Refund My Returns After 50 Days and Ignored My Contact Attempts
I purchased multiple items in bulk from the Temu app. I returned some of these orders within minutes. It was stated that refunds were processed on various dates and that the amount would be reflected in my account within 5–14 business days, depending on the financial institution. Additionally, it was noted at the bottom of the page that the refund would be completed within a maximum of 30 days. However, more than 50 days have passed, and I have not received any refund. Despite contacting my financial institution for the past week, they informed me that no refund has been made, and the reference number provided by Temu as proof of the refund leads to no results. Furthermore, there is no way to contact Temu for resolution. When calling the Temu shop number for Turkey, they dismissively claim they are not responsible for such matters and rudely hang up the phone. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file an official complaint. I reserve all my rights and will pursue every consumer protection avenue available.
