Unauthorized Telegram Account Using My Photos and Name

Someone created a Telegram account in my name and used my photos without my permission. They have used my name and posted pictures of me without my permission on an account that is not mine, and I do not have access to this account. I want this account to be terminated as soon as possible. Seeing my personal information and images being used in such a way raises some serious concerns for me. This sort of impersonation cannot be tolerated.
