Telegram Verification Code Not Arriving in Email Inbox or Spam

For the past six months I have been unable to receive a verification code from Telegram on my email address and therefore I cannot access my account. I have never successfully received a Telegram verification code on this email, even when I first tried to register or log in. I have checked all folders in my email, including spam and junk, and there is no message from Telegram. I also contacted your help/ support centre about this problem but the issue has not been resolved and I still do not receive any verification code. I request that my email verification problem be checked and fixed urgently and that the verification code be sent to my email so that I can log in to and use my Telegram account again.
