Telegram Support Not Responding to Ban Appeal

I have been using the Telegram mobile app on Android with my phone number +254 0725432***, and about a year ago, my number was banned without any explanation. I do not know the reason for this ban. Through this account, I was connected to many friends, and I was also using Telegram to support and grow my business, so losing access has affected both my personal communication and my work. Since the ban, I have repeatedly tried to get help through Telegram support, but up to now, I have not received any solution or clear information about why my number was blocked. My account was a free account with no paid subscription. I kindly request that my number be reviewed and unbanned so that I can regain access to my Telegram account and contacts, or at least that I receive a clear explanation of the specific reason for the ban and whether there is any way to restore my account and data.
