Telegram Support Not Responding to My Ban Appeal

For the last three months, my Telegram account linked to my Ufone number has been banned, and I cannot use Telegram at all. I do not know the reason for this ban, and I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation. I have tried to contact Telegram support about this issue, but so far, I have received no response, and the ban is still ongoing. This situation prevents me from using Telegram normally and causes serious inconvenience in my daily communication. I kindly request that my phone number be urgently unbanned and my access to Telegram restored, or at least that I be given a clear explanation about why my number was banned.
