Telegram “Sorry, This Email Can't Be Used” Error – Fix My Account

I am having a problem using Telegram Messenger and I cannot complete my access. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, and when I tried to sign in with my email and the code that was sent to me, an error message appeared on the screen saying “Sorry, this email can't be used.” I only use Telegram for communication and I have not made any payment or used any bank card. I am trying to use or register this email from Kenya, but every time I enter the code that is sent to me, it shows an error and does not let me continue. I request that my email and account be checked, that this error be fixed, and that I be allowed to use Telegram Messenger normally again without this “email can't be used” problem.
