Telegram Restricts Account Access With No Prior Warning or Support Contact

I recently tried to create a new Telegram account using my phone number with the country code +90, but I received a message stating that my number has been blocked. This situation came as a complete surprise to me, as my previous Telegram account was used only for normal, personal communication, and I never engaged in spam, mass messaging, or any activity that would violate Telegram’s rules. This is the first time I have encountered this issue, and I have never previously contacted Telegram support or submitted any form regarding my account. I kindly request that my phone number be reviewed and that the block be removed so I can use Telegram again as a regular personal user.
