Telegram Won’t Remove Messaging Ban on Personal Account

For approximately five months, I have been facing what I believe is an unfair restriction on my personal Telegram account. At the moment, I am unable to send messages to people who are not saved in my contacts, which severely limits my ability to communicate.

In the past, my account was accessed without authorization. As soon as I noticed this, I secured my account and made the necessary corrections. During that time, I suspect that spam or inappropriate messages may have been sent without my knowledge, but I have no data to prove this. Despite that, I have never sent insults, harassment, or any messages that violate Telegram’s rules.

Even though I submitted requests through the app and support channels, I have not received any response. I am requesting that this restriction on my account be reviewed, that it be removed if it was applied due to an incorrect assessment, and that my account be restored to normal functionality.
