Telegram Phone Number Banned After Joining Group

I have been unable to use my phone number on Telegram for about 3 to 4 months because it appears to be banned. My number is 8233095***, and the ban occurred after it was added to a group. Since then, I have not been able to use Telegram with this number. I contacted Telegram support about this situation, but I did not receive any response or explanation regarding why my number was banned. I believe I was only using Telegram through group participation and did not engage in any harmful or spam activity. I kindly request that my account and number be reviewed as soon as possible and that the ban be lifted, or at least that I receive a clear explanation of the reason for this restriction. I am asking for a quick solution so that I can continue using Telegram normally again.
