Telegram Banned My Primary Jio Number Without Any Explanation

I have been using my Jio mobile number 917028128*** as my main contact for family, friends and business partners, but when I tried to use it with Telegram I received a message that my number is banned. Since then I have not been able to log in or use Telegram with this number. This situation has seriously affected my communication, because this is my personal and primary number for all my contacts. I have tried to reach Telegram support but so far I have not received any response or clarification about why this ban was applied. I respectfully request that my number be reviewed and unbanned as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear explanation of the reason for the ban. I would like to continue using Telegram normally with this number.
