Telegram Account Takeover Recovery

I have been using Telegram on an Android 11 device and my account appears to have been hacked within approximately the last 7–10 days, although I only realized this today. When I try to log in now, Telegram shows a message saying that a login code has been sent to an email address which is not mine. I have never added or authorized this email and I cannot access it. When I try to log in using SMS instead, a “Telegram Premium Required” warning appears, stating that SMS rates are high in my country and that I must first purchase the premium version of Telegram. Because of this, I am completely blocked from accessing my own account. There is sensitive personal data and private conversations in this account, so the unauthorized access creates a serious privacy and security risk for me. I attempted to get help from Telegram support via the chat/help section, but I did not receive any useful guidance or a solution, and my account still remains inaccessible. I request that my account be urgently recovered and the unauthorized email removed from it, or if that is not possible, that my phone number be released from the hacked account so I can create and use a new, secure Telegram account. I also ask for information on how this unauthorized email could be added without my consent and for this security issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
