Telegram Account Restrictions Prevent Me From Messaging Groups and Bots

For about the last two weeks, I have not been able to send messages in any group or to anyone using a Telegram bot due to limitations that have been imposed on my account. This situation is preventing me from using Telegram as I normally would and is seriously disrupting my communication. I contacted support/the relevant sides about this issue but have not received any response so far, and I still do not know the reason for these limitations or how long they will continue. I kindly request that the limitations on my account be removed as soon as possible and that my normal messaging rights be restored.
Progress
I am writing about an issue with my Telegram Premium subscription and a payment I was forced to make in order to log in. I am in Kenya and I only use Telegram to communicate with friends, I do not do any kind of business on the platform.
Yesterday, when I tried to log in to my Telegram account, I was unexpectedly asked to make a payment in order to access my account. I had never been requested to pay before just to log in. Because I needed access to my account, I paid 200 KES through the Google Play Store. After this payment I was able to access my account, but I received a message saying that this access or subscription will expire after 5 days and that I will have to pay again.
I do not want Telegram Premium and I cannot afford to keep paying just to use Telegram for simple communication with friends. I believe I should not be required to pay to log in, especially when I am not using the app for business purposes. I have not received any response from support so far.
I kindly request a full refund of the 200 KES that I paid via Google Play Store and that my account be restored to normal use without any further payment request for login. I want to be able to use Telegram in its free version without being forced into recurring Premium payments.
