Telegram Account Recovery Request Without Access to Old Email

I was using the Telegram application on my Redmi Note 50 (Android phone), and I lost access to my old Telegram account yesterday. Since then, I have not been able to log back into this account. The only information I still have that is linked to the account is the phone number that was used to register it. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the email address that may have been associated with the account, and I have no access to it anymore, so I cannot use it for recovery. I kindly request that you help me reactivate my old Telegram account using only my phone number or an alternative verification method that does not require access to the old email address. I would like to regain access to my account and continue using Telegram on my current device.
