My Telegram account, linked to the phone number +23480389**** and the username @dfw_tosyn, was suddenly frozen on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 5:19 p.m. Since that moment, I have been unable to send or receive messages, and all actions are blocked except for contacting SpamBot, which makes my account practically unusable.
I live in Nigeria and rely on this account to communicate with important groups, but due to this restriction, I can no longer access or interact with those groups. This has caused serious disruption to my communication, as my access to key group chats has been completely cut off.
I also suspect that my account may have been compromised, as I noticed unusual activity that I did not initiate, which may have led to this restriction. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I contacted SpamBot and submitted an appeal. My first appeal was rejected without a clear explanation, and my subsequent appeals have not received any response.
I have never received any prior warnings or temporary restrictions on this account, and I am confident that I have not violated Telegram’s rules. Therefore, I believe this action was applied in error.
I respectfully request that my account be reviewed again, that the unjust restriction be lifted, and that full access to my account be restored as soon as possible so I can continue using Telegram in compliance with the platform’s guidelines.
