Telegram Account Frozen and Spambot Appeal Not Working
Hello Telegram Support Team, My personal Telegram account with the username @sarahd770 was suddenly frozen on 1 March 2026 without any explanation or prior warning. This account is my main communication tool with my family and friends, and losing access to it has caused me serious difficulties in staying in touch with them. I have tried to submit an appeal through the spambots page several times, but it has not worked at all, and I have not been able to send my request successfully. I have never received any warning, message, or email from Telegram about a violation or restriction before my account was frozen, so I do not know the reason for this action. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, that it be reactivated if possible, and that I be informed of the reason why it was frozen. I also ask that any misunderstanding or possible error be corrected so that this situation does not happen again in the future.
