Telegram Account Banned on Android, Unable to Access Class Group

I use Telegram on my Android phone, and for about one month my account has been banned. Every time I try to log in, it says that my account is banned and I cannot use Telegram at all. I already tried to contact Telegram support and sent a complaint, but I did not receive any answer and my account is still banned. I was not given any clear reason for this ban. This ban is also harming my studies because I cannot access my class group on Telegram, where important announcements and study information are shared. With this complaint, I kindly and urgently request that you review my account, remove the ban, and unban my Telegram account so that I can access it again. I also request that you clearly explain the reason for this ban and take immediate action regarding my situation.
