Telegram Phone Number Banned, Unable to Log In on Android

I have been using Telegram on my Android phone with an Indian mobile number, and for about one month now I have been unable to log in. Whenever I try to sign in, the app shows a message that my number has been banned, and I cannot access my account at all. I have not received any clear information or explanation about why my number was banned, and I did not get any prior warning inside the app. I have not been able to find any way to resolve this directly with Telegram support, so I am writing this complaint. I request that my banned phone number be unbanned and that my Telegram account access be restored. I also expect a clear explanation of the reason for the ban so that I can avoid any similar problem in the future.
