Since June 2025, my Telegram account linked to 0537230 has been restricted, and I have been unable to access it. Despite making multiple attempts to contact the Telegram support team, I have received no response at all, and my account remains closed to this day.
I am located in Van, Turkey, and I have always used this account for standard, personal purposes. I have never subscribed to any paid or Premium services on Telegram. This situation has now lasted for months and has caused serious inconvenience, as I cannot communicate with my contacts or retrieve important information from my account.
My Requests
I want my account restriction lifted immediately so I can resume normal use.
Telegram should provide a clear explanation as to why my account was restricted in the first place.
If this restriction was made in error, I expect a formal acknowledgment and resolution without further delay.
I demand urgent action from Telegram to restore my access and to ensure that similar issues are handled transparently and promptly in the future.
I have not been able to log into my Telegram account on my iPhone device for about a month.
