I currently use the latest Telegram version on my Android device (downloaded via Google Play), while an older version also remains installed on the same device. My account is linked to the number 0532237. I recently discovered that I have multiple active sessions across different devices, including an iPhone 11, and I am unable to close them properly.
Whenever I try to end sessions from my Android device, the page refreshes endlessly, and no action is completed. On the iPhone, I receive the warning: “You cannot end sessions from older devices”, but nothing changes on the screen, leaving the unwanted sessions still active. This is the first time I’ve experienced this issue.
I attempted multiple fixes, including:
Contacting Telegram support (no success, no replies).
Deleting and reinstalling the app.
Trying to reach Telegram through Gmail and SMS support (unsuccessful).
Additionally, I discovered there is an active Apple subscription linked to my Telegram use, though I am not sure of the exact fee being charged.
My Requests
Immediate termination of all open sessions linked to my Telegram account (0532237**).
Cancellation of all active subscriptions associated with this number, particularly those tied to Apple services.
A permanent solution to the session management bug, so that users can reliably close sessions on both Android and iOS devices.
I am reporting this issue from Düzce, Turkey, and I expect Telegram to promptly resolve these problems and restore full account security.
