I Face Telegram Account Hacked and Sending Adult Links Without My Consent

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S31 with Android 12, and on March 27, I discovered that my Telegram account had been hacked. A friend informed me that explicit adult links were being sent from my Telegram account to other people. After learning this, I also realized that I could no longer access my Telegram account on my own phone because it is currently active on another device that I do not recognize.

This issue has been ongoing since March 27, and I feel extremely uncomfortable knowing that my name and account are being used to share inappropriate content without my consent. I have been unable to stop this activity or log out the unknown device from my account on my own.

I request that my Telegram account be secured immediately, that the unauthorized device be removed, and that my access to my account be fully restored so I can use it safely again.
