Unauthorized Email Change Locks Me Out of My Telegram Account

I use Telegram on an iPhone 11, and on March 19, 2026, I noticed that the email address linked to my Telegram account had been changed without my permission. I did not authorize any change to my account information, and I believe my account security has been compromised.

After discovering this issue, I contacted Telegram support and tried to take the necessary steps, but I still have not regained access to my account. At this time, I do not have any payment methods or critical business accounts linked to this profile. However, it is still my personal account, and I am very concerned about the unauthorized access and the change to my email address.

I request that my access to the account be restored as soon as possible and that the unauthorized email change be reversed. I also ask that this incident be reviewed thoroughly so my account can be secured and similar issues do not happen again.
