My Telegram account on my iPhone was suddenly frozen last night, and I received a notification stating that it was blocked due to violations of Telegram’s Terms of Service based on user reports confirmed by moderators. I am sure I have not violated the rules in any way, so I believe this decision is a mistake. After my account was frozen, I contacted Telegram support and was informed that my account was blocked for violation reasons and that this was based on user reports. I was also told that I could submit a complaint and that all complaints would be reviewed by a supervisor, but that this would not affect limitations that were applied “with a good reason”. However, I was not given any clear or specific explanation of what exact action or content supposedly violated the terms. I respectfully request a thorough review of my account and of the user reports that led to this decision, as well as a clear explanation of the alleged violation. If no concrete and valid violation can be shown, I ask that my Telegram account be immediately unfrozen and fully restored, because this block is unjust and is preventing me from using my account normally.
