Telegram Account Frozen Without Warning - Appeal Not Working For iPhone Users
I have been using Telegram on my iPhone mainly to chat with customers and share styles and videos, and on Saturday my account was suddenly frozen without any prior warning. Now, whenever I open any chat, a message appears saying that my account is frozen and I cannot use it properly. I tried to understand the reason and used the Telegram bot, which responded that I had violated Telegram rules. I do not engage in any harmful or abusive activities on my account; I mostly use it for normal communication with customers, so this response was very surprising and upsetting. I also sent an appeal via the bot, but nothing has changed so far and my account has remained frozen for about four days. I kindly request that my account be unfrozen and that this decision be reviewed, as I believe there has been a mistake. If there is any specific issue, I would also like to receive a clear explanation so I can avoid any similar problem in the future.
