Telegram iPhone Account Frozen, Messages Not Sending And Appeal Rejected

I am using Telegram on my iPhone, and for the past few days my account has been completely frozen because my messages are not sending. This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue with Telegram, and I have not been given any clear explanation as to why it is happening. I submitted an appeal regarding this restriction, but it was denied, and my account remains frozen. I believe this decision is unfair, and I still do not know which specific rule or reason led to my account being restricted. I kindly request that my Telegram account be unfrozen and fully restored so I can continue using the service normally, and I also expect a clear explanation for the restriction so I can avoid similar problems in the future.
