Cryptokord Doesnt Pay Our Money Back, Chat Support Disappeared

I've had money in my account for a week now but can't get my hands on it, my money everyone...unbelievable.... and frustrating! The transaction is still pending and there's no progress or solution yet. to top it off, their live support seems to have disappeared. puff, magic.  No matter how many times I ask for help, nobody ever responds. It sucks to see a company not giving a crap about their customers when they really need help. sorry not so sorry for the language. BUT I can't get my hard-earned cash back. Cryptokord's telegram page used to be a spot for users to chat, but now it's shut down. This means that people who have money in their accounts can't take it out. . It's like they're purposely not letting users get their money. I used to get quick replies from the support team until I tried to withdraw my money. All of a sudden, they stopped responding and now I'm stuck not knowing what's going on with my money. It's super annoying and kinda worrying that they were around when I didn't need them, but now they're nowhere to be found when I actually need help.
