Teka NFE1420 Refrigerator Keeps Breaking Down - I Want Free Repair

I purchased the Teka NFE1420 refrigerator in October 2013 in Istanbul, and since the day I bought it, I have constantly faced different malfunctions and problems, leaving me frustrated. In particular, the products in the freezer section often spoil. For about a year now, there has also been water leakage from the bottom of the refrigerator, and the issue has only worsened over time. Because of this leakage, the bottom of my kitchen cabinet has cracked and swollen. A year ago, I called for service due to a fan malfunction, and the fan was replaced; at that time, I also reported the water leakage problem, but they could not find the cause. Additionally, the upper fan and freezer functions also broke down and were replaced by the service team at my expense. Even though my warranty period has expired, I am tired of constantly paying for service fees. I am absolutely dissatisfied with Teka products, especially this series, and I believe these are manufacturing-related defects. I request that my product be repaired free of charge. I will create another service request on Monday, and I ask that my issue be resolved urgently and permanently.
