Tefal X-PLORER S75 Mop Unavailable

I bought a Tefal X-PLORER S75 RG7675 robot vacuum cleaner. I am completely satisfied with its performance. Unfortunately, the product's mop is currently unavailable, both online and at authorized service centers. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that there was a significant demand for the mop. However, it is currently unavailable at any authorized service center, has not yet arrived in Turkey, and the company is still in the process of negotiating. Afterward, when I contacted customer service once more, they verified that the product was not available. I'm feeling lost and unsure of my next steps. It's quite frustrating to see a product being sold on the market without any replacement parts available, especially for the most worn-out and deteriorated part, the mop. It raises the question of why this is the case. I kindly request information from the authorities.
