Afterward, when I contacted customer service once more, they verified that the product was not available. I'm feeling lost and unsure of my next steps. It's quite frustrating to see a product being sold on the market without any replacement parts available, especially for the most worn-out and deteriorated part, the mop. It raises the question of why this is the case. I kindly request information from the authorities.
