I Cannot Use My Tefal Fresh Express Because the Plastic Gear Wore Out and Broke

I bought the Fresh Express from Tefal, hoping it would be a dependable kitchen gadget. Sadly, the plastic gear mechanism broke down fast, and now the machine won’t work. I took it to the service center, and it just sat there for four months without any fix. After so many follow-ups, I discovered that the replacement part isn't even available in Turkey. It's tough to see how a brand like Tefal can sell a product without having spare parts available. So, what should I do now—just toss it out? This situation seems thoughtless and overlooked. I’m reaching out to Tefal to either get the part I need or find a service center that can fix it for me. I thought the support would be a lot better.
