Tefal X-plorer Serie 130 AI Has Mapping Issues, Does Not Clean Properly

I bought the Tefal X-plorer Serie 130 AI two years ago and have used it for less than one and a half years, at most once a month. When we first started using it, we had difficulty activating it and had to set it up with a Wi-Fi connection. However, after a short time, issues began to appear, such as mapping errors, failure to locate assigned cleaning areas, and rapid battery drain. We took it to the service center, and they claimed the problem was fixed, but the mapping issue still persists. It no longer goes to the areas it used to clean, and I have to carry it manually. Paying so much for this product and trusting the brand only to face these ongoing problems has been disappointing.

It was said that a solution-oriented communication would be established as soon as possible. According to your perception of time, when is the shortest time? There has been no feedback, solution, or communication.
