We purchased the Tefal grater from the dealer located in Ankara Anka Mall. We specifically asked the representative there if we could chop products necessary for salads, such as Iceberg lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, etc., and received positive responses from all of them. They even guided us to prefer the black version instead of the colorful one, mentioning that a new model had been released. Two days later, we had the chance to try it out. The fact that there was no Turkish user manual included was already a separate issue. After checking YouTube and the internet, we tried the product. The grater can only grate carrots and hard cucumbers. It doesn’t work for anything else. Even with those, it continuously accumulates on the blade side. When we stated that its use was not feasible and took it back for a return or exchange for another product, they informed us in a condescending manner that we had no choice but to use this product since returns for it had been discontinued. I really don’t understand what era we are living in. I am requesting an exchange for the product. It can be any other product. I am not insisting on a refund. I will not hesitate to initiate consumer and legal processes. This attitude can cause a lot of pain for many people. As long as everyone remains silent, we find ourselves in an unjust position while they are in the right.

You sent me a message about the solution, but it hasn't been resolved. It was only recommended to go to the authorized service center. We don't know how it will be resolved with the authorized service center, but we will take it there. I will provide details here afterward. However, we do not understand why Tefal has made such a big issue out of this small problem.
