Around 8 or 9 months ago, I made the terrible mistake of purchasing a Tefal robot vacuum. From the day I bought it, it has been a nightmare to use. The product consumes more service than it does cleaning. It constantly erases its map, goes into sleep mode and wanders aimlessly around the room. If you choose a room that is a little farther away, it will never reach there, and you have to manually guide it around. And at night, it randomly starts working on its own, without any input from me. I have sent it to the service center three times, but I have yet to receive any resolution. I cannot find anyone to talk to or anyone who can provide any helpful solutions. Despite having insurance and a warranty, I was unable to get a refund or exchange. It's a complete ripoff, and I regret spending a fortune on this product. Shame on you, Tefal!
