Teen Patti Dhan Withdrawal Pending After Reaching VIP 3

I downloaded and played the Teen Patti Dhan game after seeing online ads. I deposited money into the game and reached VIP 3 level. I then made 2 withdrawal requests with a total amount of 1000, but both withdrawals are still pending, and the money has not been credited to my account.
